The 2025 Annual Commission Update course is the mandatory class required every year by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. This 4 CE course covers numerous topics and an overview of this year's contract changes.

This 4CE credit class is offered in person. You must be present by 9:45 am to earn CE credit. Handouts will be provided in class. You must pass the exam at the end of the class to meet the state's mandatory requirement.

I have worked with numerous real estate brokerage firms as their new agent mentor or developing new agent training programs.
